In the past, some employees would take it upon themselves to become acquainted with digital skills necessary in performing their jobs effectively.

In today’s competitive online landscape, the most successful online publishers are turning to formal training.

Interweave, one of the nation’s largest publishers of high quality art and craft content, recently certified 85 employees in online marketing, search engine optimization and search engine marketing.

The certification comes as Interweave’s employees passed Mequoda Group’s Content Marketing Certification Program.

In preparation for the certification, the employees had access to Mequoda Pro – with 33 webinars comprised of over 45 hours of digital content and white papers, live seminars and one-on-one coaching.

Success in the digital future comes with knowing how to properly maneuver through the territory. Formal training in search engine optimization, blogging, email marketing and social media marketing will help pave the way.
